The TOP PICK of Christmas is……
Our final pick of Chrismas is our favorite house of all time! My good friend has a daughter that wants a dollhosue for Christams After searching for one she decided to make her own. What started out as a simple project turned into a labor of love. From the cedar shakes, to the shutters, clapboard and stone foundation, it was the most beautiful and important bulld of all time. It took hours, days and months of meticulous and painstaking planning, cutting, gluing etc. She put different paneling in the rooms, used an assortment of wallpaper and rugs (cut from remnants of fabric she had) and even used pieces to make into lamps or accessories.
It is hard to see but the address is above the door, 6203, her daughters birthday.
Come on in and see what is inside.
KITCHEN
Zebra board for your to do lists.
His and her dog bowls.
What a perfect combination of wallpaper, valances and shades. Thinking I may do my kitchen over.
LIVING ROOM
This could be in House Beautiful.
Tape is used for the valances and it even has a starburst mirror.
Love the pictures of her kids up the staircase……this house is full of love!
Electrified light fixtures!
Let’s see what is upstairs.
Love the dog on the sofa.

Great light fixture over the bed.
Metallic wallpaper…wish I had this in my room!
Who else has a mirrored table in their dollhouse?
Think this needs to be replicated in an adult size.

MASTER BATH
I have always wanted a pink bathroom.
Look at the towels
All lit up.
STUDY
Chic desk area
Chinoisserie Chic would love this…pagoda mirror and chest. She made the light fixture and the coral is hers that was found in the Bahamas.
I bet the television works.
The wall sconce reminds me of a Jonathan Adler fixture.
NURSERY
Look at the detail in the toys and baby chair.
CHILDREN”S ROOM
Dreamy, dreamy
Do you see the monogrammed rugs by each bed with a C and H….how sweet!
My friend is amazing and I am sure her whole family agrees.
This dollhouse is going to be played with and cherished for generations.
